Milo is getting bigger (and cuter!) He’s quite affectionate – purring and snuggling – perhaps a bit too much when it’s 3am =)

This little 5-week old kitten took up residence outside our bedroom window and meowed all night long for three nights straight. We finally got a hava-heart trap and were able to capture hime with some food.
After receiving a clean bill of health from the vet, we took him in and instantly fell in love. It took Mitlon a little while to adjust, but now they are best buddies and romp around (and steal each other’s food) all day (and night) long.
He was 1 pound at his first vet visit and did not yet have all his kitten teeth. We think he knew that our house was the place to be if you’re a cat!

First blog post! Aud and I created this site as a repository for our photographs, as a way to keep in touch with our family and friends, and as an experiment in how one might go about programming a blog focused on photography and long-term digital media storage. We’ll see how it goes!
This week, we’ll be embarking on a 17 day vacation to the Pacific Northwest. We’ll be visiting Seattle, Victoria, San Francisco, Portland, Yosemite, Big Sur, among other gems. Keep your eye on this site for pictures from the trip.
